Surveys in South East London
My area of work has predominantly been in the South-East Area of London and North-West Kent. In my years since becoming a Chartered Surveyor I have been involved in the general surveying field covering the following specific areas:
- Full building surveys of residential properties and small industrial and commercial properties on behalf of prospective purchasers
- Valuations for mortgages, bank security, Capital Gains Tax, purchase and litigation covering residential properties and smaller industrial and business properties
- Insurance claims covering subsidence, fire and water damage
- Investigations of general building defects
- Valuing and negotiating for rent reviews retail and small industrial properties
- Expert witness in litigation covering property values, boundary disputes and general building disputes
- Acting as Arbitrator and mediator in various matters of litigation in similar areas as indicated above
- Undertaking compulsory purchase negotiations
- Quinquennial surveys of churches and manses for The Methodist Church
